About the role
We’re looking for a Chat Support Specialist to provide support to our sales and client development team. In this role, you’ll help keep our sales professionals operating efficiently by supporting client onboarding, documentation, system accuracy, proposal coordination, and client-facing follow-up communication.

What you’ll do
• Support the sales team through client onboarding, sales documentation, CRM system coordination, and client-facing follow-up communication• Prepare, route, send, and upload sales documents once approved, coordinating with sales representatives to confirm all required details• Create and maintain client records in business management systems, ensuring accurate entry of rates, billing details, case descriptions, and documentation• Maintain accurate records in CRM and related sales operations systems, including lead research, lead ownership updates, opportunity updates, and follow-up task support• Provide client and internal communication support by helping respond to sales-related inquiries and coordinating next steps with project management, finance, leadership, and other internal teams• Support the development of sales proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and related materials, including formatting, organizing assignments, tracking progress, and maintaining reference libraries• Assist with client onboarding communications by providing approved materials, including payment instructions, security documentation, data transfer agreements, and other standard collateral as needed• Coordinate with finance and accounts receivable on sales-related items, including confirming billing contacts and invoice routing requirements• Support updates to sales templates, pricing tables, service descriptions, process guidelines, and internal documentation as workflows evolve• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives such as event coordination, conference support materials, client collateral, and event-related sales follow-up
Skills/background needed
• No prior experience required – we provide full training• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, sales team members, leadership, and internal teams• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling documentation, client information, system updates, pricing information, and client-specific requirements• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with similar deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with clients, sales representatives, leadership, and other internal teams• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment while staying responsive, organized, and aligned with team priorities• A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust internally and externally• Interest in learning the sales process and potentially progressing into a direct sales or client-development role over time• High level of professionalism and follow-through when working with confidential client and business information
