We’re looking for friendly, empathetic people to join our resident services team. You’ll work from home helping residents find solutions through chat, phone, and email. No experience necessary—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
What you’ll do:
• Respond to resident inquiries through chat, phone, and email in a calm, welcoming manner
• Submit maintenance requests and track issues through to resolution
• Provide thoughtful solutions to resident problems
• Use de-escalation techniques to listen actively and respond with empathy
• Represent the company professionally as a point of contact for all resident communication
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service
Who we’re looking for:
• Someone with a genuine desire to help others and solve problems
• A strong communicator who can explain things clearly
• Patient and empathetic in handling difficult situations
• Able to work independently and follow processes
• Quick learner, comfortable with learning new tools and systems
• Organized with attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required
