We’re looking for friendly, motivated people to help families find the right supplemental benefits coverage for their needs. You’ll work from home, reaching out to individuals who’ve requested information, scheduling video calls, and guiding them through their options. This is a great entry-level role for someone who enjoys helping people make informed decisions and building lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do:
• Contact individuals who have requested information about available benefits
• Schedule video meetings with prospective clients
• Explain benefit options and help clients choose plans that fit their needs
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
• Conduct benefit reviews and assist with claims or plan adjustments
• Respond to client questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate, complete documentation and perform timely updates
• Provide administrative support as needed
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training provided. You should be a clear communicator, organized, reliable, and genuinely interested in helping people. A comfortable home workspace and reliable internet connection are essential.
