About this role
We’re looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our customer success team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face behind the chat, helping clients with their questions and concerns. You’ll manage customer conversations, ensure they feel heard and supported, and work with your team to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
This is a fully remote position perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to build a career in customer support.
What you’ll do
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, providing clear, helpful, and professional support
Build positive relationships with customers by being responsive, friendly, and solution-focused
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Document customer interactions accurately and follow company protocols
Identify common customer issues and share feedback with your team to help improve our service
Escalate complex issues to the right team members when needed
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive customer experience

You’re a natural communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems
You’re organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations without losing focus
You have strong attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work
You’re curious, eager to learn, and willing to ask questions when you’re unsure
You’re comfortable using basic computer tools and can quickly learn new systems
You have a calm, professional demeanor and can handle customer concerns with patience and empathy
