Roles: You will support donors and potential supporters through live chat, email, and phone communication. Your responsibilities will include:
• Respond to incoming and outgoing messages from supporters with professionalism and warmth
• Liaise with partners regarding donation status and any related inquiries
• Create and maintain accurate supporter records in our system
• Provide information and guidance to supporters based on available resources
• Schedule donations and pickups when needed
• Monitor database records and follow up with supporters or partners as required
• Support the team with additional tasks as assigned
What we’re looking for: We welcome applicants with or without prior experience. The ideal candidate will have:
• A friendly, patient approach to supporting supporters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort learning new software and systems quickly
• The ability to manage multiple conversations while staying organised and accurate
• Bilingual capability (preferred)
• Legal authorisation to work
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing
Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary. Full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in supporting our community.
