Position Overview
You will review and edit customer responses to ensure they meet quality standards for grammar, tone, accuracy, and clarity before they are sent to customers. This role is perfect for someone with strong writing skills and attention to detail who enjoys refining and improving written communication.
No prior experience is required—we provide full training on our processes, guidelines, and quality standards. You’ll work independently from home in a role that values precision, consistency, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Review customer responses for quality, accuracy, grammar, spelling, and clarity
• Edit wording and sentence structure to align with established communication standards
• Ensure responses are professional, appropriate, and consistent with guidelines
• Identify and correct unclear, awkward, or potentially misleading language
• Review responses in context to ensure they appropriately address customer concerns
• Approve completed responses for delivery
• Escalate responses that require additional review or fall outside guidelines
• Maintain consistency across all customer communications
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and opportunities for improvement
Language Skills
You must be fluent in Spanish (written and spoken). We also value candidates with written proficiency in English, Portuguese, or Canadian French, though this is not required.

• Strong command of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to identify subtle differences in tone and wording

• Ability to follow established guidelines and voice standards
• Comfortable reviewing written content
• Good judgment and ability to recognise when content should be revised
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection
• Appropriate workspace for remote work
• Reliable computer (Windows or Mac)
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy
Experience in proofreading, editing, content review, customer service, or quality assurance is valued but not required.
Rate
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length
Project-based, typically 2–5 months with possibility of extension.
Location
Fully remote—work from home with your own device and internet connection.
