About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects a commitment to outstanding service. You’ll work fully remote with flexible scheduling options.
What you’ll do
• Receive inbound calls from customers and potential clients
• Make outbound calls to follow up on issue resolution
• Assist customers with inquiries and aim for first-contact resolution
• Build rapport through meaningful conversations
• Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
What we’re looking for
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to remain composed during challenging situations
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Gmail, and Google tools
• Teachable, personable, and dependable attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
