Roles: As a Chat Support Associate, you’ll handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing timely and helpful responses. You’ll evaluate customer needs, research solutions, and communicate complex information in a clear, easy-to-understand way. Your role is to ensure every customer interaction leaves them feeling supported and valued.
What you’ll do: You’ll respond to customer messages professionally and promptly, even during busy periods. You’ll research customer accounts and issues to provide accurate solutions, escalate complex problems to team leaders when needed, and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude with your team. You’ll also identify common issues and bring them to leadership’s attention so processes can improve.
What we’re looking for: You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to explain things clearly. Strong listening skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and genuine empathy for customer needs are essential. You’ll need good organizational skills, the ability to manage your time well, and comfort with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office.
