Contract length: Temporary
Roles: You’ll handle written and phone communication with clients, review and process enrollment materials, and maintain detailed records. Your day-to-day work includes composing clear correspondence, placing outbound calls to gather missing information, entering data accurately into systems, and ensuring all work meets quality standards. You’ll also assist with team training as needed.
What you’ll be doing:
• Review and process client application forms and change requests• Identify and follow up on missing or incomplete information• Write clear, professional correspondence including requests, confirmations, and letters• Make outbound calls to clients in a friendly and professional manner• Enter and update information in company systems accurately and efficiently• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures• Meet quality and turnaround time standards• Handle all client information according to privacy guidelines• Support team members with training when needed
Skills/background needed:
• Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills• Excellent written and verbal communication• Ability to pay close attention to detail• Good organizational and problem-solving skills• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based systems• Ability to retain and manage information effectively• Professional, service-oriented approach to work• Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus, but not required• 3+ years of customer service or office experience• At least 1 year of data entry experience• High school diploma or equivalent
Physical requirements:
• Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional standing and walking• Adequate hearing for phone-based work• Clear vision for reading and screen work, with ability to adjust focus• Comfortable using a keyboard and standard office equipment• Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
