Position Summary:
Join our growing team as a Live Chat Support Operator, working fully remote from home. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team providing friendly and professional support to clients through live chat. This is a full-time role with standard hours of 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to support peak periods when needed.
What You’ll Do:
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via live chat
• Maintain clear, helpful communication with clients at all times
• Document conversations and client interactions accurately
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues
• Assist with gathering information and supporting documentation as needed
• Keep up to date with company services and offerings
• Monitor incoming chat requests and prioritize responses effectively
• Meet response time and quality standards consistently
• Occasionally assist with administrative tasks to support the team
Skills/background needed:
• Excellent written communication skills – this is essential for chat support
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable using email and web-based tools
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends when needed
