Social Media & Communications Associate – Full Time (On-Site)

About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Social Media and Communications Associate to own and run our entire social media presence. You’ll build our short-form video presence from zero, create compelling content for our professional network, support executive voice, and ensure every product launch and company milestone lands on the channels that matter most. You’ll work closely with our communications team and collaborate across marketing, sales, customer success, and design so that great stories actually make it to your audience.

If you love social media, have great taste in content, can create videos and polished written posts, care about measuring what works, and want to help shape the voice of an exciting company—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Manage the social media calendar: Own a unified content calendar across multiple platforms. Plan around key company moments, stay flexible, and react to trending conversations.

Build and grow our short-form video presence: Develop engaging short-form video content from the ground up. Shoot, edit, and publish videos that capture attention and drive engagement.

Support executive presence: Create content in executive voice, manage publishing schedules, monitor comments, and identify engagement opportunities with guidance from senior leadership.

Manage company social channels: Drive consistent, on-brand posting across all platforms. Monitor conversations in real time and engage with your audience thoughtfully.

Source stories across the organisation: Partner with sales, customer success, and other teams to find and develop content from customer wins, product launches, and company highlights.

Work with creators and external voices: Identify and coordinate with content creators, industry voices, and other partners to amplify our story.

Create on-brand content: Design graphics in Canva, edit video using mobile or lightweight tools, and write copy that matches our voice. Work with our design team to keep everything on-brand.

Support marketing and communications: Help with sales documents, one-pagers, and supporting content. Assist with light design and editing as needed across teams.

Track performance: Monitor how content performs across channels, identify what’s working, and share recommendations on where to focus.
