We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation including software and systems documentation, operations guides, testing procedures, and user manuals.
In this role, you will write and edit technical documentation for hardware and software systems, including installation, configuration, and how-to guides. You will also create code documentation, produce implementation and end-user guides, and provide field and data flow documentation. You’ll work from technical drawings and collaborate with technical staff to produce clear, professional documentation.
What you’ll do:
Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents covering software, systems engineering, operations, testing, and user guidance. Write and edit technical documentation for hardware and software, including installation and configuration guides. Create code documentation and implementation guides. Format technical publications and collaborate with technical personnel to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Skills/background needed:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Familiarity with project tracking tools and collaborative documentation platforms is helpful. Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation. No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
