We are looking for a creative Content Creator to develop and manage social media growth across short-form video platforms. You’ll create engaging content, identify creator partnerships, and drive measurable results through strategic posting and trend analysis.
What You’ll Own
• Develop and execute social media growth strategies across major platforms
• Create and edit short-form videos and reels
• Understand content hooks, storytelling, watch time and algorithm best practices
• Develop creative concepts that engage audiences
• Post consistently and manage social channels
• Find and recruit content creators and micro-influencers
• Handle creator outreach, communication and follow-up
• Create clear briefs for creators to produce usable content
• Identify creator partnerships that drive measurable results
• Repurpose high-performing content across platforms
• Write compelling hooks, captions and calls to action
• Shoot and create basic content yourself when needed
• Collaborate on creative projects with design partners
• Monitor social trends and respond quickly to new opportunities
• Track video performance, creator results and campaign success
• Test new ideas continuously and refine based on results
Skills/Background Needed
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content
• Strong understanding of how social media connects to sales and business goals
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as CapCut and Canva
• Knowledge of creator marketing and influencer outreach
• Excellent visual taste and creative eye
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to identify trends and adapt quickly
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
• Interest in growing with a brand long-term
