About the Role:
Do you enjoy transforming technical information into clear, concise documentation? Can you work across different teams and understand how information fits within larger systems?
We’re seeking a Technical Writer to build and maintain our technical documentation. You’ll work across disciplines to distill complex information into documentation for internal and external audiences. You’ll become a go-to person for system knowledge and information organization, and understand our products inside and out.
Responsibilities:
• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation including installation manuals, operating procedures, maintenance guides, and training materials
• Incorporate technical illustrations, diagrams, and photographs into documentation
• Work across teams to ensure critical information is captured and easily discoverable
• Review and edit technical content for accuracy, consistency, and readability
• Develop work instructions and maintenance guidance
• Update documentation as products and systems evolve
• Understand safety implications within technical documentation
Skills/background needed:
• Experience working with technical documentation, hardware, or mechanical systems
• Ability to understand and incorporate technical diagrams and schematics into written material
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with content management tools such as Notion or similar platforms
• Experience with illustration or design tools (optional but helpful)
• Basic familiarity with project management tools
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple documentation projects
• Full training provided in company-specific tools and processes
