About the Role

We’re looking for a Proposal Writer to create clear, persuasive proposals and sales materials that help our organization win new business. You’ll work with team members to transform ideas into polished, professional documents that showcase our services and expertise. This is a great entry-level opportunity to develop your writing, design, and project management skills in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Writing & Document Creation

Write, design, and edit proposals, presentations, and sales materials working alongside experienced team members. Attend client calls to gather information and understand what clients need. Work with your team to structure documents that clearly explain our approach and services. Manage your own deadlines to make sure all materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Sales Support

Help prepare background notes and assemble materials before meetings. Draft professional follow-up emails after client interactions. Keep track of proposal progress and coordinate with your team to ensure nothing falls behind schedule.

Quality & Collaboration

Work with your team to share writing tips and resources. Review feedback and use it to improve your work. Proofread documents to catch errors and ensure consistency. Keep all proposal files organized and properly labeled so team members can find what they need.

Tools & Systems

Use standard software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and organize materials. Work with Canva for design elements. Use Grammarly to improve writing quality. Maintain organized proposal folders and databases that keep your team running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools like Canva. A willingness to learn and adapt as you grow in the role. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior professional experience is not required—we’ll provide full training and support as you develop these skills.
