Are you a wordsmith with a passion for creating compelling narratives and driving action? Do you thrive on crafting content that captures attention and inspires? We’re looking for a Copywriter to join our creative team.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic creative team to develop engaging, sales-driven content for digital campaigns, printed materials, video scripts, and website content. You’ll focus on connecting with audiences on both an emotional and logical level. Full training will be provided, and we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this field.

What you’ll do

Develop engaging, attention-grabbing content and concepts for marketing campaigns, often working alongside designers and videographers
Create original content for digital and printed materials, websites, case studies, emails, articles, promotional pieces, and presentations
Use content generation tools to create and refine content, identify errors, ensure consistency, and improve quality across all materials
Review and refine content outputs; apply editorial judgment to fact-check and maintain brand voice
Keep up with industry trends and understand audience needs and preferences
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to solve problems
Provide feedback to other team members to ensure finished work aligns with strategic goals
Attend briefings, webinars, and training events to stay informed
Interview clients and stakeholders, transforming their stories into compelling narratives
Assist in generating and implementing creative approaches for communicating information
Review competitor content to stay informed of emerging trends and opportunities
Work with team members to ensure all content meets compliance requirements
Adapt to the evolving needs of the team as required

Skills/background needed

We’re looking for someone with:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to write and edit error-free content quickly for distribution across various media
Skill in adjusting tone and messaging based on medium, audience, and product
Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality work
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus skills: Experience with Canva or other design tools, familiarity with content generation tools, or experience presenting work to clients.
