About the Role
We’re looking for a copywriter to join our creative team. You’ll work with strategists, designers, and account managers to develop compelling copy across multiple channels and formats. This is a fully remote position where you’ll translate strategic briefs into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with audiences. You’ll own your work from initial draft through final delivery, ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and production-ready.
What You’ll Do
• Contribute to brainstorms and concept development with cross-functional teams
• Write and refine copy across digital and traditional channels with growing independence
• Translate strategic direction and complex briefs into clear, engaging messaging
• Collaborate with creative, account, and strategy team members to keep projects moving smoothly
• Maintain consistent brand voice and style standards across all deliverables
• Incorporate feedback constructively to refine work efficiently
• Stay informed about digital media trends and emerging content formats
• Manage multiple assignments and tight deadlines with strong organizational skills
Skills and Experience You’ll Need
• 2–4 years of copywriting experience across digital and traditional channels (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating copywriting capability)
• Experience working in an agency environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, and basic design tools
• Strong editorial judgment and meticulous attention to tone, voice, and detail
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work to tight deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
• Understanding of healthcare communication principles is a plus, but not required—full training will be provided
