We’re seeking an entry-level Process Writer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to develop documentation skills while working with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About the Role:
In this position, you will partner with customers and internal teams to document operational processes. You’ll gather requirements during meetings, facilitate process reviews with stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into clear, professional documentation. You’ll present your work to ensure alignment with business needs and manage multiple documentation projects while meeting deadlines.
What You’ll Do:
• Document operational processes for new implementations
• Gather and record customer-specific requirements from meetings
• Facilitate review sessions with stakeholders and integrate feedback
• Lead documentation reviews using video conferencing tools
• Present completed documentation to teams and customers
• Manage multiple projects and meet documentation deadlines
• Route finalized documentation through approval processes
Skills/background needed:
• 1–3 years of experience in operations or a related field (healthcare experience a plus)
• Experience writing work instructions, standard operating procedures, or similar documentation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools on the job
• Full training provided for all systems and processes
Contract length:
Permanent, full-time position
Working hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional flexibility required for meetings with team members and customers.
