About the role
We’re looking for a writer who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content that resonates with different audiences—from engineers to business leaders. As a Technical Writer, you’ll be the bridge between what our products do and how people understand them. You’ll create documentation, marketing content, and thought-leadership pieces that build trust and drive action.
What you’ll do
Technical Documentation
Create and maintain user guides, release notes, and instructional content, working with product managers and subject matter experts. Develop clear, user-focused approaches to new documentation that reflect our brand voice while staying technically accurate. Deliver documentation on schedule, iterating as products evolve.
Content & Copywriting
Research and write feature articles, white papers, case studies, and explainer content for multiple audiences. Conduct interviews with internal experts and industry leaders to source original, credible material. Transform highly technical discussions into engaging, easy-to-understand pieces.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to keep messaging consistent. Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
Skills/background needed
Strong writing and editing skills across technical, journalistic, and marketing styles. Excellent research ability and comfort learning unfamiliar technical subjects quickly. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent projects. Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to own content from concept through completion. Experience translating complex technical information into clear documentation, white papers, blogs, or marketing materials is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidate.
