Content Editor – Publications (Entry Level)

We are seeking an entry-level Content Editor to join our publishing team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your editorial skills while supporting the production of digital and printed publications.

About the Role

As a Content Editor, you will assist with the production and management of publications, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials. You’ll work with our team to review content, coordinate editing workflows, manage timelines, and support the overall publishing process. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience in editorial services, style management, and publication coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and style consistency
• Assist with managing production timelines and deadlines for publications
• Support copyediting and proofreading workflows
• Coordinate with team members and external partners on publication schedules
• Help maintain style guides and editorial standards
• Manage incoming editorial requests and track project progress
• Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination
• Contribute to the overall quality and accuracy of all published materials

Skills and Background Needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to catch errors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or similar tools
• Willingness to learn publishing workflows and editorial processes
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with a team
• No prior publishing experience required – full training will be provided
