Technical Writer – Process Documentation (Entry Level)

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Technical Writer to join our team and help us create clear, accurate documentation and training resources.

In this role, you’ll write and organize process guides, standard operating procedures, training materials, and job descriptions. You’ll work with team members to gather information, understand processes, and translate complex ideas into easy-to-follow written content. This is a full-time position offering hands-on experience in technical communication and organizational documentation.

What you’ll do:

Create and organize process documentation and standard operating procedures
Interview team members to gather information and understand workflows
Develop training guidelines and educational materials
Write process guides, cheat sheets, templates, and other documentation resources
Help maintain and update existing documentation
Draft job descriptions and role-based resources
Support administrative tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

Strong writing skills with good spelling and grammar
Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and simply
Comfort using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and similar workplace tools
Willingness to learn from feedback and ask questions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Self-directed approach to work
Interest in understanding how processes work and why they matter

Nice to have:

Previous experience writing technical or process-based content
Familiarity with standard operating procedures
Experience collaborating across different teams

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
