Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level social media professional to join our team. This role includes comprehensive training where you’ll learn our systems, content creation process, and client management approach. If you’re eager to build a career in social media and want hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. No prior experience required—we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
Lead social media management for multiple small business accounts, mainly on Instagram and TikTok. This includes:
• Onboard new clients to understand their brand and goals
• Develop relationships with each client
• Research each client’s niche and use creativity to create content plans
• Lead content shoots and film on-site for clients
• Edit short-form video and photo content using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
• Build content calendars and schedule posts for each client
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Collaborate with the team on additional client accounts, including brainstorming and attending content shoots
• Help with business growth activities, including creating content for company channels, supporting client outreach, and participating in team strategy discussions
Skills/Background Needed
• Creativity: Eye for visual content and storytelling
• Technical aptitude: Willingness to learn Canva and CapCut (or similar editing tools). Prior experience is helpful but not required
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Work style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Platform knowledge: Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok—you use them regularly and understand current trends
• Genuine enthusiasm for social media and helping small businesses grow
• Growth mindset: Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and develop your skills
