About This Role:
We’re looking for an Entry Level Customs Documentation Writer to join our team. In this position, you’ll support the customs clearance process by preparing and managing documentation, learning tariff classification systems, and working with internal and external teams to ensure smooth customs operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Prepare, review, and submit customs documentation and reports under guidance
• Learn to classify goods using tariff codes and international customs standards
• Help coordinate the customs clearance process for different cargo types
• Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections
• Work with internal teams, customs authorities, and external partners to resolve issues
• Stay informed on updates to customs laws and regulations
Skills/Background Needed:
No prior experience required. We provide full training on all customs procedures and documentation requirements. You should have:
