We’re seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll research, analyze, and document detailed technical procedures, specifications, training materials, and reports. You’ll work with customers and engineering teams to ensure technical information is clear, accurate, and easy to understand.
About the role:
This is an entry-level position with full training provided. You’ll gain hands-on experience in technical documentation, working under general supervision with support as you develop your skills. The role involves:
• Researching and analyzing technical materials including specifications, drawings, and design documents
• Developing and documenting procedures, checklists, and training materials
• Communicating with technical experts and customers to understand requirements
• Contributing to safety documentation and procedures
• Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical questions
• Maintaining clear and organized documentation
• Observing all relevant regulations and best practices
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We welcome candidates who have:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly
• Good organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Comfort learning new software tools and technical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs (or willingness to learn)
• Interest in technical writing or documentation work
