About This Role
This is an entry-level position supporting manufacturing operations and quality assurance teams. You’ll work with internal teams to help complete improvement actions, write and review technical documentation, and ensure timelines are met. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
Documentation & Quality Support:
• Write, revise, and review manufacturing documentation with guidance from experienced colleagues
• Create and review quality management system records, providing feedback as needed
• Ensure all actions are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Work with Manufacturing Operations and Quality teams to keep documentation accurate and up to date
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Attend alignment meetings with manufacturing, quality, and other departments
• Help coordinate with the right reviewers and approvers on projects
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within your team
• Communicate clearly with management and colleagues
General Responsibilities:
• Manage quality system records and track project timelines
• Learn manufacturing processes and quality compliance requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to work independently once trained, and be comfortable with multi-tasking. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is helpful. A willingness to learn manufacturing processes and quality standards is essential. Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments is a plus but not required.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED, with or without prior work experience. We welcome applicants from any background and provide comprehensive training on the job.
Working Conditions: This is an on-site position based at our workplace. You’ll work primarily at a desk in a shared office environment with designated seating. Some visits to manufacturing or clean room areas may be required. The clean room environment is temperature and pressure controlled; you may encounter chemicals, sanitization agents, and other manufacturing materials in these spaces. Heavy lifting is not required. You’ll be sitting for extended periods, though short breaks to walk around are encouraged. Clean room access prohibits personal items like phones and tablets in designated areas.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
