This role offers the opportunity to partner with technical teams and create learning materials that drive real impact across an organization. You’ll bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and accessible, engaging content—building skills that matter in any industry.
What you’ll be doing:
• Create technical documentation and process diagrams that break down complex workflows into clear, actionable steps for different audiences• Design learning materials in multiple formats to help teams understand and adopt new systems and processes• Work alongside product, engineering, and subject matter experts to gather, organize, and maintain accurate information• Develop training strategies and content that support team learning and performance from start to finish• Support cross-functional teams in understanding technical systems and operational best practices
Skills/background needed:
• Experience writing technical documentation or training materials (or willingness to learn)• Familiarity with tools for creating interactive learning content, or enthusiasm to develop this skill• Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex information into plain language• Strong communication and organizational skills• Background or degree in communications, technical writing, or a related field is a plus, but not required
