About the role:
We’re looking for a Junior Technical Writer to join our team. You’ll create clear, user-friendly documentation that helps people understand complex technical concepts. No prior technical writing experience is required—we provide full training.
In this role, you’ll:
• Write and edit technical documentation including how-to guides, user manuals, reference materials, and instructional content
• Translate complex technical and scientific ideas into simple, easy-to-understand language
• Work with engineering and development teams to understand project requirements and create accurate documentation
• Develop templates and create documentation in multiple formats
• Review and revise documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistent quality
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high writing standards
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure documentation meets their needs
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Ability to break down complex information into clear, concise text
• Comfort learning new tools and software (we’ll train you on documentation platforms)
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to collaborate with technical teams and customers
• Attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
