Position Title: Junior Technical Writer

About the role:
We’re looking for a Junior Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, accurate training and procedural documentation. In this entry-level position, you’ll work with subject matter experts to develop, edit, and maintain documentation that communicates complex information in a way that’s easy to understand.
What you’ll do:
- Provide writing and editing support, including formatting and document layout
- Work with teams across the organization to ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accurate
- Assist with administrative tasks that support daily operations
- Prepare regular progress reports summarizing your work and documentation updates
- Help organize, track, and manage information and records
- Support the preparation of documents and materials for leadership review
Skills/background needed:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with document management systems and file organization
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to take detailed notes and organize information clearly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with administrative tasks, records management, or office support is a plus but not required
