What You’ll Do
• Prepare detailed repair estimates using spreadsheets and estimation software• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their requirements and explain repair procedures• Work with the team to ensure estimates are accurate, timely, and meet company standards• Conduct client consultations to build trust and encourage customer satisfaction• Help support sales by creating compelling estimates that win customer approval• Keep organized records of estimates and client conversations for reference and business tracking• Continually develop your skills in estimate writing, industry knowledge, and customer service
