About the Role:
We’re looking for an Entry Level Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop clear, accurate technical documentation that helps users understand complex systems and procedures. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support as you grow in this position.
What You’ll Do:
• Research, write, edit and proofread technical content for manuals, procedures and specifications
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and meets quality standards for format and style
• Retrieve, organize and transform complex information into easy-to-understand guides
• Create or revise product documentation including installation, operation and maintenance instructions
• Work with graphics and diagrams to support written content
• Collaborate with team members and receive guidance on more complex tasks
• Help establish style guidelines and documentation standards
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and proofreading ability
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, diagrams and schematics
• Experience with Microsoft Word and basic document formatting
• Familiarity with creating or editing visual files (such as diagrams or flowcharts)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow documentation guidelines
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
