Join a dynamic retail team as a Merchandiser and Order Writer. You’ll be the frontline force bringing popular consumer products to life in stores – building relationships with store teams, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find what they’re looking for. Your work drives results and keeps brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Represent the brand in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards, including capturing display photos via mobile tools
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel such as backroom receivers and store managers
• Place product orders via tablet to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with planned retail strategies
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your team lead for efficient store coverage
• Support seasonal sales initiatives, new product launches, and merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to your team lead and management
• Embrace the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product safely
Skills/background needed:
• Retail execution experience – skilled in building displays and maintaining shelf standards
• Customer service mindset – approachable, upbeat, and positive
• Digital fluency – comfortable using tablets and mobile applications to place orders and capture photos
• Strong communication skills – able to build trust with store teams and work effectively with management
• Adaptability – flexible and proactive in responding to store needs and seasonal priorities
• Physical capability – energetic and able to lift, bend, and move product throughout the day (up to 25 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 50 lbs)
• Time management – organized and efficient in following schedules and completing store visits consistently
• Valid driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle and valid insurance (mileage will be reimbursed)
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED (or willingness to earn your GED while working)
• 1-3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred, but not required

Contract length:
