Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary. We provide full training. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Experience managing social media schedules or supporting digital content execution is helpful but not required.
Location: Hybrid, on-site in Scottsdale, Arizona. You must be able to reliably commute to the workplace.
About the Role
Are you someone who can manage a content calendar and contribute great ideas in the same meeting? Do you care about the details and the creative work behind them? We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who enjoys both the strategic structure and the creative side of content management.
You know what looks good on a feed and you know how to build the system that gets it there on time, every time. Every day you’ll make a difference by owning day-to-day execution for social channels: managing workflows, coordinating assets and approvals, and making sure everything that goes live is sharp, on-brand, and exactly where it needs to be.
What You’ll Do
• Support the execution of social media strategy by managing publishing operations, including scheduling, posting and quality assurance across platforms
• Maintain and update social media content calendars to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent publishing
• Contribute to and produce content—flagging what works and what doesn’t from your unique perspective
• Track published content and support performance reporting and recaps
• Maintain organized records of assets, approvals, schedules and workflows
• Communicate proactively with team members to flag risks, delays or execution issues
• Support other duties or projects as assigned
