Content Producer – Entry Level, Hybrid

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Producer to build and manage an ongoing content strategy around real customer projects. This is a hybrid role combining field production and content marketing work. You’ll visit locations and customer sites throughout the area to capture photo and video content, while handling planning, editing, writing and publishing from home.

We’re not simply looking for someone to post on social media. We want someone who can identify worthwhile projects, coordinate with our teams, capture compelling content, and turn that material into marketing assets that help generate business.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with team members about upcoming projects and installations

• Proactively identify projects worth documenting

• Visit locations and customer sites for content capture

• Shoot high-quality photography and video, including before/during/after project content

• Edit short-form video and photography

• Develop project-focused stories and copy

• Create and publish content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile

• Develop website case studies and portfolio content

• Repurpose individual projects into multiple marketing assets

• Build and organize a searchable library of content by location, product and customer industry

• Develop a content calendar centered around real customer work

• Track performance and help determine which content contributes to business growth

What We’re Building

Our work is highly visual and includes commercial graphics and installations. One strong customer project might become a short-form video, professional photography, social media content, a website case study, email content and sales material. The goal is to build a repeatable system that documents our best work, improves local visibility, gives prospective customers confidence in our capabilities and supports our sales team.

Skills/background needed:

• Strong photography and videography skills (or willingness to develop them)

• Comfortable owning projects from idea through finished content

• Understanding of content strategy and social media distribution

• Organized and proactive with ability to coordinate across multiple teams

• Understanding that content should help grow a business

• Ability to regularly travel locally to locations and customer sites

Experience creating content for construction, commercial real estate, architecture, manufacturing or other visually interesting businesses is helpful but not required. We’re open to individuals who handle the entire production process or those who use additional editing resources, as long as one person owns the process and outcome.

Contract length: Ongoing

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Location: Local positions available. Hybrid role with flexibility to work from home for planning, editing and publishing tasks.
