About the role:
You will develop relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations to generate client referrals and promote services. Your responsibilities will include:
• Contact and build relationships with healthcare providers, hospital coordinators, facility managers, and community-based organizations
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and communicate effectively about potential opportunities
• Meet established sales targets and generate referrals from professional sources
• Represent the agency professionally within the healthcare community
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral sources
• Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand presence in assigned areas
• Manage your sales territory and monitor referral activity
• Utilize available resources to convert prospects into customers
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and social media
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to build and maintain working relationships at all organizational levels
• Marketing experience preferred but not required
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
