Role Description
This is a fully remote, part-time position supporting marketing and brand efforts through content creation, campaign coordination, and consistent brand communication across digital channels and social media. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media presence and content calendars, producing and editing short-form video and digital content, coordinating with external creators and partners to expand reach and visibility, planning and promoting events and webinars, supporting partnership initiatives, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing activities to inform future strategy. You’ll communicate regularly with internal team members and external partners to ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives.
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and communication skills to create clear, engaging materials for external audiences
• Experience with social media management and content creation, including short-form video production and editing
• Comfort coordinating with external creators and partners to support brand and outreach initiatives
• Event planning and coordination skills for organizing meetings, workshops, webinars, and seminars
• Project management abilities to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate multiple initiatives
• Proficiency with standard office and presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Canva; familiarity with video editing software and social media scheduling tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a remote work environment
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
