What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to leads and inquiries
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs, goals, and preferences
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and events
• Educate clients throughout the process
• Research information and analyze relevant data
• Communicate with clients and other professionals throughout transactions
• Coordinate important milestones and ensure smooth completion
• Maintain accurate notes and client information in our system
• Consistently follow up with leads and nurture ongoing relationships
• Represent the team with professionalism and provide exceptional service
Social Media & Content Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the team’s social media presence
• Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Develop a consistent social media content calendar
• Create posts, reels, stories, videos, updates, and behind-the-scenes content
• Capture photos and videos at events and community activities
• Help create short-form video content and reels
• Stay current with social media trends, sounds, and engagement strategies
• Write captions and develop creative content ideas that reflect the brand
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages
• Track social media performance and identify what content is generating engagement
• Help promote client success stories, community events, and the team’s personal brand
• Work closely with the team to develop new ideas for growing the online audience

Skills/background needed: Friendly and outgoing; highly organized and excellent at follow-up; comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and social media; creative and enthusiastic about social media; comfortable appearing on camera or willing to become comfortable on camera; familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, and content-creation tools; able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team; coachable and eager to learn; motivated by goals; professional, dependable, and committed to excellent customer service; able to manage multiple clients and priorities. Previous experience is preferred but not required for the right person. No experience necessary—full training and mentorship provided.
