About this role
We’re looking for an entry-level Content Strategist and Storytelling Writer to develop and own our overall storytelling strategy across all platforms. This is a fully remote position where you’ll create compelling narratives that showcase real stories from our community.
No prior experience is required — we provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed in this role.
What you’ll do
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Lead storytelling strategy and campaigns across digital platforms
• Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of community stories
• Develop social media content and testimony-based posts
• Conduct interviews with community members to gather authentic stories
• Write feature stories and long-form content
• Create and grow podcast content
• Build, train, and mentor junior content creators
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and community teams
• Establish consistent brand voice and long-term content growth strategies
Skills/background needed
We’re looking for someone with:
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to interview people and extract compelling narratives
• Experience or interest in social media content creation
• Basic familiarity with content management systems
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with multiple teams
• Passion for storytelling and sharing authentic voices
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
