In this entry-level role, you’ll be the face of our retail operation, providing excellent customer service to all visitors. You’ll help customers understand their options and make informed decisions, working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What you’ll do:
Provide friendly, welcoming customer service that encourages repeat visits
Learn about all available options and answer customer questions accurately and helpfully
Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to your supervisor when needed
Complete all paperwork and documentation according to company policy and regulatory standards
Work collaboratively with teammates and your management to create a positive workplace
Perform other duties as assigned
Physical requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
Ability to write for extended periods and perform reaching, bending, and twisting movements
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. Full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures are essential.
