Technical Writer – Aviation Documentation, Entry Level

We’re seeking an entry-level technical writer to join our team. You’ll work on creating clear, accurate technical documentation for aviation systems and equipment. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

You will work with engineers and subject matter experts to understand technical information and turn it into clear written documents. Your responsibilities will include writing, editing, and revising technical manuals, user guides, maintenance procedures, and operational specifications. You’ll review engineering drawings and technical data, ask clarifying questions to build your knowledge, and coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency. As you grow, you may assist in reviewing products with customers and advising on proper use.

Skills/background needed:

No technical writing experience necessary. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and excellent written communication skills. Experience in aviation, aircraft maintenance, or manufacturing is helpful but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word or Google Docs is useful.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Any additional education or experience in technical fields is a bonus.

Location:

On-site positions available. Travel may be required occasionally (approximately 10% of the time).

Rate:

Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length:

Full-time, permanent position.
