If you enjoy assisting customers with vacation planning, weekend getaways, and international trips while delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
In this fully remote role, you’ll help customers book personalized travel plans, build lasting client relationships, and grow your skills in the travel industry—all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
• Assist customers via live chat to plan and book domestic and international vacations
• Help customers find the best destinations and travel options for their needs
• Build positive client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay current on travel trends, destinations, and promotions
• Process travel reservations accurately
• Identify opportunities to suggest travel products that enhance the customer experience
• Resolve travel-related questions and itinerary changes
• Meet customer service and performance goals
Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary. We provide full training on everything you need to know. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, customer-focused, comfortable with basic computer systems, have strong communication skills, and enjoy helping others plan travel experiences. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Schedule: You’ll be scheduled to work including at least one weekend day per week, with flexibility in how your days off are arranged. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process. Availability to complete paid training during regular business hours is required.
