Role: Report Writing Specialist
What You’ll Do:
Assemble, import, validate, and organize financial data to prepare and distribute accurate financial reports, schedules, and related financial statements.
Retrieve, review, and distribute financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify formatting, document integrity, accuracy, consistency, grammar, and compliance prior to final delivery.
Review financial transactions and data to identify discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare professional correspondence and respond to inquiries accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Create and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to support efficient document management.
Perform administrative duties, including front desk coverage, answering phones, greeting visitors, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in all matters.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We provide full training in all systems and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is helpful but not essential—we’ll train you on the job.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Weekend availability may be required during peak seasonal demand.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
