Role: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary: We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to help build brand awareness and drive sales through creative marketing and client relationships. You’ll work with local businesses, conduct product sampling, manage catering orders, and follow up with clients to build long-term partnerships. No prior experience needed—full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and understand the local delivery areas and target audience in your assigned territory• Prepare and deliver product samples to potential customers and local businesses• Set up and attend meetings with potential catering clients• Complete a minimum of one sales call per week• Conduct product sampling during assigned times throughout the day• Maintain knowledge of the catering menu, including pricing and product details• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships• Take daily notes on sampling activities, results, and any feedback• Help with team operations when needed during busy periods• Create and manage a calendar of local events and sampling opportunities throughout the year• Lead by example and support the team during peak business hours
Skills/Background Needed:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)• At least 18 months of driving experience• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English• Comfortable with basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and email• Strong work ethic and self-motivation• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work independently in an autonomous role• Flexible, adaptable approach to customer interactions• Well-organized and professional demeanor• Friendly, outgoing personality

Contract Length: Part-time, ongoing
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Availability for overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
