Roles: You will be the first point of contact for customers, taking in their service requests, diagnosing needs, providing cost and time estimates, and keeping customers updated throughout the service process. You’ll work with technicians and parts teams to ensure accurate repairs, handle customer communications professionally, and suggest additional services that genuinely benefit customers.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, permanent role.
Location: Local positions available.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training on all systems and processes. You should be friendly, outgoing, and genuinely interested in helping customers. Basic computer skills and comfort with email and internet browsing are essential. Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets is helpful but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. A motorcycle endorsement on your license is preferred.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll greet customers warmly and courteously from the moment they arrive. Your main responsibilities include taking in vehicles, understanding what repairs or services are needed, providing clear cost and time estimates, and keeping customers informed about progress every step of the way. You’ll communicate with technicians and parts teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, handle phone inquiries promptly and professionally, and notify customers immediately of any changes or delays.
You’ll also suggest services that genuinely benefit the customer’s needs, handle complaints with empathy and a positive attitude, and ensure vehicles are returned in better condition than when they arrived. Attention to detail is important—repair orders must be complete, legible, and clearly described.
Physical requirements: This role requires the ability to use both hands, bend, stoop, and reach frequently. You’ll handle tools and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. You’ll also need to be able to push and balance motorcycles weighing 800+ pounds. The work environment is typically loud, and you may be exposed to battery acid, gasoline, cleaning chemicals, exhaust fumes, and other materials common in a service department. You’ll occasionally work near moving mechanical parts.
Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
What makes a great fit: A positive, high-energy attitude, strong communication skills, and genuine passion for customer service. You should be detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines consistently, and comfortable maintaining positive relationships with your team. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment is essential.
