Role: Automotive Service Advisor
Contract length: Full Time, Permanent

About the role:
We’re looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face greeting customers and understanding what service their vehicle needs. You’ll create repair orders, prepare estimates, and communicate clearly between customers and our technical team. Your day-to-day will include scheduling appointments, keeping operations running smoothly, and ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, on-site. All major holidays are paid time off.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll need a valid driver’s license and the willingness to learn new software systems. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. Customer service experience is a bonus but not required—we provide full training for the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who works well in a team environment and takes pride in delivering great service.
