Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and organised content writer to help build and grow our brand’s online presence across social media platforms. In this role, you will create engaging content, manage social media posts, track performance, and interact with our community to build meaningful connections. Your writing and creative ideas will help increase brand awareness and audience engagement. This is a fully remote position with opportunities to develop your skills in digital marketing and content creation.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and implement social media content strategies aligned with marketing goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create high-quality written posts, graphics, and engaging content using tools like Canva and standard editing software
• Schedule and publish content to maintain consistent brand messaging
• Monitor social media platforms to track brand mentions, trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages
• Analyze social media performance metrics to understand what content works best and report on key results
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to increase reach and target specific audiences
• Research keywords and apply basic SEO practices to help content reach more people
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and effective
Skills/background needed
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences and platforms
• Familiarity with social media platforms and how they work
• Basic understanding of how to read and use performance data to improve results
• Ability to learn social media management tools and analytics software quickly
