About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team on-site. In this role, you’ll help plan and coordinate marketing strategies for promotions, special events, and advertising campaigns. You’ll work alongside our Senior Marketing Manager and gain hands-on experience across all areas of marketing operations.
What you’ll do:
• Create and manage content, posts, and responses across social media platforms
• Develop and verify accuracy of marketing promotion submissions
• Monitor and update company website and social media accounts
• Work with our graphic design team to coordinate signage, flyers, posters, and banners for promotions
• Proofread creative materials, checking copy, layout, links, and contact information
• Assist with day-to-day marketing department operations
• Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and team members
• Support other marketing projects and tasks as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• No prior marketing experience required—we provide full training
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Comfortable using social media platforms and basic digital tools
• Flexible availability, including weekends and special events
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Comfortable with moderate physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs., and reaching
