Marketing Communications Specialist – On-Site

About This Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team and help strengthen our brand presence across all channels. In this role, you’ll create compelling content, manage key communications platforms, and ensure our messaging stays consistent and polished across everything we do—from customer-facing materials to internal communications.

What You’ll Do

• Support and maintain our brand identity across all marketing and communication channels

• Create engaging written content including website copy, email campaigns, internal communications, marketing materials, and press releases

• Draft and distribute press releases in alignment with brand guidelines and industry standard style

• Manage our digital asset management system, keeping files organized, up-to-date, and accessible to the team

• Oversee our internal communications platform, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and engaging

• Train colleagues on how to use our digital systems effectively and follow brand standards

• Manage email marketing campaigns, including writing content, organizing contact lists, sending campaigns, and reviewing how they perform

• Work with external partners to execute marketing projects and ensure everything aligns with our brand

• Track performance across campaigns and provide insights to help improve future efforts

Skills and Background Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 2–5 years of marketing experience, including content creation and brand management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience writing press releases and applying consistent style standards

• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Constant Contact)

• Experience with digital asset management systems

• Experience managing internal communications or intranet platforms

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to train others on systems and tools

• Comfortable working with data and optimizing performance based on insights

• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills

Contract Length: Full-time, permanent

Location: On-site position based at our headquarters. Local candidates preferred.
