Role Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Writer to help develop and produce professional proposals, presentations, and communication materials. You’ll support the preparation of responses to client requests, assist with content creation and formatting, and help maintain important project documentation. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build writing and proposal development skills in a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in developing and formatting client proposals, presentations, and reports
• Create and edit multi-page documents using templates and brand guidelines
• Prepare written communications for internal and external audiences
• Support proposal reviews by collecting, organizing, and distributing draft materials
• Edit content for grammar, clarity, logic, and accuracy
• Develop and prepare presentations for various audiences
• Maintain project documentation and compliance tracking
• Conduct research using online resources to support proposal development
• Assist with data entry and document maintenance tasks
• Support team communication and coordination across departments
Skills/Background Needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to organize and synthesize information clearly
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Research skills and comfort using web-based platforms
No prior proposal experience is required—full training will be provided on the job.
