Role: Project Associate
About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Associate to support our team with document creation, organization, and project coordination. You’ll work with project managers and field staff to organize paperwork, create technical documents, and ensure all project materials are properly tracked and filed.
This is an ideal role if you enjoy working with documents, managing information systematically, and supporting a collaborative team environment. Full training will be provided, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop skills in technical writing, data management, and project coordination.
Core responsibilities
• Organize and digitize field paperwork, maintaining clear filing systems
• Create and revise technical documents including reports, letters, specifications, and work plans
• Update tracking spreadsheets using Google Sheets with information from team members and clients
• Write, edit, and format procedural documentation
• Create PDF documents using templates and client guidelines
• Research information and regulations relevant to current projects
• Enter and track data in project databases
• Monitor job progress and maintain real-time status updates
• Work with project managers and field staff to understand products, processes, and project requirements
• Gather feedback from managers and clients to improve documents and processes
• Handle additional tasks as assigned

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable using Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
• Flexibility and ability to work positively under pressure
• Willingness to learn new processes and collaborate with diverse team members
• No prior experience required—we provide full training on all tools and processes
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
