Role: Content Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Content Quality Assurance Specialist to join our content operations team. You’ll serve as a quality gatekeeper for all digital content, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and proper functionality across all platforms before launch. This is a hands-on role that combines proofreading, visual review, and quality checking—no prior experience necessary.
What you’ll do:
Quality Assurance & Visual Review
• Proofread and review all written content for grammar, tone, and accuracy before it goes live
• Check visual layouts, graphics, and digital assets to ensure they match brand standards and guidelines
• Test how content displays across different devices and screen sizes to ensure proper formatting and readability
• Verify that all content meets accessibility standards
• Fact-check product information, claims, and technical details across all content pieces
Brand & Compliance Standards
• Work with brand style guides and quality checklists to maintain consistency
• Ensure all legal, regulatory, and brand requirements are met before content is published
• Help maintain and update quality documentation and publishing guidelines
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with creative teams, copywriters, and campaign managers to catch and fix issues quickly
• Communicate clearly about quality concerns and solutions
• Support high-volume content publishing while maintaining brand consistency
Skills/background needed:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy
• Solid understanding of English grammar, punctuation, and writing style
• Ability to spot visual inconsistencies and layout issues
• Familiarity with common design and editorial style guides
• Comfortable learning new tools and workflows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams
• No prior experience required—full training provided
Nice to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with project tracking tools or workflow platforms
• Familiarity with accessibility standards
• Background in copy editing or content operations
